No need to leave: pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, tiki bar & grill, laundry room, Spa, VERY short walk to the beach! Cornhole, horseshoes, cute gift shop! Excellent stay would love to stay again!!
Our first time there. We had an amazing time. This was the view from our room. We found so many shells on the beach. The pool was nice. Very family friendly. Nice short walk to several stores. You can rent umbrellas and beach chairs for the day. Rooms are real nice. We had a 2 bedroom condo. The kitchen was a great size. pull out couch and 2 queen size beds. 3 tvs. 2 bathrooms. I could lay in bed and watch the ocean.
Excellent place to stay while vacationing!
The people at the front desk are so friendly, and helpful, especially the gentleman named Wes. Housekeeping is great. The views from the rooms are wonderful. Yes, they’re in the middle of a remodel, but I was in no way inconvenienced or disturbed. Can’t wait to visit again, and see the completed project.

My family and I really enjoyed our time with this property. All the staff were nice and friendly, even the other guest were lovely. They had some activities for the guest to participate in and some arts and crafts for the kids. They even had a game night which was fun. The rooms were clean and spacious(2 adults, 4 kids) I was pleased with the amount of space we had. Location of this property is awesome, didn’t have to travel far to find restaurants, entertainment, etc. Will stay here again, can’t wait to see the upgrades upon our return next summer.

We love this place; that’s why we come back. It doesn’t have the amenities or “fanciness” of the big hotel/resort places. It allows us to have a simple, relaxing vacation right at the beach without the chaos I see at other “resorts.” Thank you, Peppertree By The Sea!!

Peppertree is a wonderful family vacation destination. It is my home vacation spot. Great service, internet, and amenities. Wonderfully friendly staff always available and responsive for needs or emergencies after hours. Clean rooms pool and beautiful views.

I have stayed at A Place At The Beach for almost 30 years as an owner. i loved it 6 years ago, but it is it under new management, so I will reserve my judgment until next year. Perfect location, over the pool, and facing the ocean. It is a short walk from condo to the beach. A couple of new umbrellas and new lawn chairs were nice additions this year. New mattresses in both bedrooms really made for a nice rest.

Great location, friendly staff, local beach a few minutes walk.
Rooms were comfortable. The kitchen was small, but workable. Nice living room and dining area. Two bedroom had a nice size walkin shower in 1 bath and full size tub and shower in the other. Plenty of closet and storage.
